Tonight I went to a cage fitness workout & man!! That was the best workout! I am totally drenched all over my body. BURN SO GOOD! 💪
Yesterday I was around cupcakes all day! What can I say - I am a baker! However eating cupcakes does NOT bring me closer to my goal. Stay focused!

As of today (09/14/14) I weighed in at 369.5lbs. 10.5lbs down! Im tracking EVERYTHING I eat & drink… Its definitely teaching me more than I expected. Yesterday I found that my favorite meal at Ocharleys comes in at a whooping 1150 calories - “excuse me while I faint”. Its all about choices! For instance I wanted onion rings today - so I had some! & at only 175 calories! I don’t neglect myself; if I want it bad enough I alter whatever it is so its healthier for me.
